using NMAP with folders that have spaces

Many applications have issues with folders have spaces in them.  Below is how you can use NMAP with folders that have spaces.  As many of you know the iL is specifying a list file so here I have an example of using the user directory for an XP or server 2003 box:

 

nmap -iL “C:\Documents and Settings\[username]\DesktopIPList.txt” -PO ICMP

 

make sure to you two backslashes (\) as seen above
